Golf GameBook is a tech company, headquartered in Espoo, Finland. Our purpose is to make golf more fun with our world-class mobile application. With more than 1M registered users and over 25 million rounds of golf recorded so far, Golf GameBook is one of the fastest growing golf communities in the world and a leading social golf app.
The Golf GameBook story started back in 2007, when the idea of a digital scorecard and making golf more fun was born. In 2022, our future couldn’t look any better. We have a great team and a great product and we are ready to take the big next step. We have a clear plan for the upcoming years and we need great people to support this plan and our growth.
That’s why we’re looking to strengthen our team and wish to hear from you, our new DATA ANALYST!
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the business, the product, product development and most importantly the decision-making process. As a Data Analyst you will gather and scrutinise data using the tools in place to generate information that helps us make better and more accurate decisions. We expect you to uncover the key insights that help us improve our products and get more satisfied users and customers. Transforming the data into meaningful statistics, information, explanations and most importantly actions comes natural from you. We trust that tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppTweak, Data.ai, AppTweak and other similar ones are familiar to you.
We want to highlight that this is a new role in our organisation, so will listen also your expertise and you will have a lot of freedom to shape the role, its description and future outlook. You will report to the COO.
What we are looking for
We are very open, and we won’t start listing some absurd requirements about years of work or previous positions. If the above made you feel you want to work for us and this position is made for you, don’t hesitate to send us your application.
But of course, when we talk about the role, it would be great if you have a natural interest in mobile apps, data, technology and business. This is not exactly an entry level position so we would require that you’ve been working in a similar position before. We really appreciate your language skills (Only Fluent English is mandatory. Finnish, Swedish and other languages are a plus.).
We have offices in Stockholm, Sweden and Espoo, Finland (HQ) but we are very open for this role and you can be based practically anywhere in the world, but within a reasonable time zone. Depending on where you live this role can be on-site, hybrid or fully remote.
