Head of Data and CRM

Golf GameBook has always been about making golf more fun and enabling people to experience golf like never before. Our virtual clubhouse is currently over 1M players strong and continues to grow. We are now in search of a Head of Data and CRM who can make our funnels stronger, relationships deeper and champion an overall customer lifetime experience that brims with personality.

The Job

This is what you would be doing:

– Lead our overall data management related efforts across user acquisition, active use and monetization

– Establish the overall CRM framework for optimal customer lifetime value across core user segments

– Create the foundation for data driven decision making through data integrity, the right optimization tools and the needed internal onboarding across key stakeholders

– Work closely with the content, marketing and product teams to ensure horizontal and vertical end user triggers are in place, measured and optimized across the entire customer lifecycle

– Champion the overall CRM and data related initiatives across our b2b and b2c sides of the business

From a skillset perspective, we’re looking for a seasoned professional who is comfortable with data and has a profound understanding of how to increase customer lifetime value. You will be working together with all departments across the organization to drive this mission forward.

 

Requirements

Your background is not as important as your willingness to learn, grow and throw yourself out of your comfort zone. The right attitude, along with great teamwork skills and a sense of humble confidence will enable you to excel within the team.

Ideally, you have worked at least 8 years in a similar position and have a strong track record from both data and CRM related initiatives. As this is a company wide role, the ability to lead cross departmental teams and initiatives is a must.

Golf background is not a must, but you should have a strong interest in learning about the game and its industry (We’ll convert you into a golfer once you’ve joined the team).

These are the things that we are looking for:

– Proven track record of successful CRM and data implementations, ideally from a b2c business

– Expertise in customer segmentation, optimization and lifetime value creation

– Several years of hands on experience with CRM and analytics tools

– Fluent in English (other languages is a plus)

– College / University degree

 

Considered as an advantage

– As we are a service by golfers for golfers, passion for the game of golf is a huge plus

– Experience with b2c mobile apps and startups
